Rooms support up to 10 viewers by default (a technical ceiling on the full-mesh WebRTC connection each peer opens to every other peer, not a feature you'd pay to raise), and every feature — sync, chat, calls, screen share — is available in every room.

The honest tradeoff

Free with no paid tier also means no dedicated support line, no SLA, and no roadmap driven by what a paying segment wants. For a casual watch-party tool, that trade is usually worth it. If you need guaranteed uptime for a commercial use case, that's a different product category entirely.
